Bernadette (born Bernadette lazzara(born 28 February 1948) Peters is a popular American artist, musician and writer of children's books of Ozone Park Queens New York. She has had a long career that spanned five years. She's performed at concert, released solo albums as well as appeared on TV. The actress was nominated, and she won three Drama Desk Awards. Grammy Awards were won for four Broadway album of casts where she was a part of the cast. Peters began her professional career acting on stage in her early years as a kid. She then moved to film and television during the 1970s. Early performances, including appearances on The Muppet Show The Carol Burnett Show as well as in television and other work received praise. Also, she was praised for roles she played in films like Silent Movie The Jerk Pennies from Heaven and Annie. In the 80s, her return to theater was a major factor in her becoming one of the Broadway's most famous performers for more than three decades. Alongside making six albums for her solo along with a few singles and numerous cast albums as well, she also performs the solo show regularly. Peters continues to make appearances in films and TV, and she's been nominated and won 3 Emmy Awards.
